Ordering Instructions for Credit or Debit card and Paypal orders

1. If you are going to pay by credit or debit card or paypal account go to the product detail page you wish to order and fill in the online order form. You will be taken to Paypal’s shopping cart to complete your order. Full payment is required at time of ordering using a credit, debit or paypal account. For orders by mail and fax and paying by check please see below.

1. Read the following ordering instructions completely before proceeding to the order form.

2. Pick a product you wish to order from the product listing pages and write the product number, name, quantity, price and extension (price * quantity) on the form.

3. Pick a design from the design options pages and write the design number, name and if you want us to use light or bright colors, click for examples, on the form.

4. Fill in the top of the order form. All blanks are required except for height, weight, and date of birth. They are only required if you want them to be included on the product for an extra charge. See item pricelist on product detail page.

5. Fill in the gift card information. Limit 25 words including the signature line.

6. Total the product portion of the order and then add estimated shipping, insurance, tax and any additional charges. See terms and conditions below.

7. Write any special instructions including any shipping date that are required and names for party favors.

8. Forward the order form to our company via fax 908-572-0006, email (a scanned copy) to sales@magicbrush.us or mail to, The Magic Brush, LLC 22 Big Spring Rd Califon, NJ 07830. Forward a check for 30% of the order total to the address above as a deposit. The balance will be required to be paid in full including any shipping charges, insurance, tax and additional charges before the order is shipped.

Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy

1. Delivery, Cancellation and Refund: We ship FOB our warehouse. Delivery normally occurs within 3 weeks but may take longer due to product availability, the time of the year, size of the order or special requests. No order may be canceled within the first 90 days after the order date, unless a shipping date was on the order that we accepted was not adhered to, due to the personalized nature of our product. No refunds will be given for any product within 90 days of the date of the order except in the case of a missed shipping date. Defective, broken or damaged products will be repaired or replaced as per number 2 and 3 above. Payments for items not shipped within 90 days of the date of the order may be refunded if the refund is requested via email and addressed to our customer service department at customerservice@magicbrush.us. Refunds will be given in the same manner that payment was received and may take up to 45 days to process.

2. Insurance: Unless the optional insurance is taken it is understood that all products we ship out are in perfect condition. All defective, breakage or damage claims must be made with the carrier that transported the shipment. If the optional insurance is taken at time of ordering and paid for before shipping then we will repair or replace (the product only) any defective, broken or damaged items at our expense. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges, taxes and insurance on the replacement piece. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges, taxes and insurance on any item returned to us for whatever reason.

3. Additional Charges: There are additional charges for extra names or information. Extra names, on top of what is included in the price of the piece, in decorative bubble letters are billed out at $1.00 per letter. Written information on top of what is included in the price of the piece and limited to what will fit the design at our sole discretion in normal lettering is billed out at $5.00 per piece.

4. Taxes: Tax is required to be paid on the order total amount (see order form) of any shipment delivered within the State of New Jersey. Tax is required on the shipping portion only of all other orders.

5. Shipping charges: Email customerservice@magicbrush.us for a shipping estimate at time of ordering. Actual shipping charges will be calculated before shipping and will be the customer’s responsibility.
