We ship our product FOB our facilities. All of our products are inspected before being packed and we us only high quality shipping containers and packing products. All of our products are packed with the expectation that they should arrive safely to their destination. What this means for you is that if a carriers breaks or damages a piece while in transit, it is the carriers responsibility to cover the cost and reimburse you, the customer, for that item. Unfortunately carriers whether it be the US Post Office, Federal Express, UPS or another common carrier do not make it easy to file a claim and worse you have to prove that they broke the item. If you are successful in getting the carrier to admit that they broke the piece then they have tricks up their sleeve to limit the amount they have to pay. Some even pay per pound and that could cost you most of the price of the product. We have taken the headache and the risk out of the process by offering our Product Carrier Breakage Insurance. For a low price of $5.95 per order, not per piece, we will cover all of our products to your doorstep and if one does get damaged while in transit just let us know and we will replace the item free of charge. You just pay for shipping the new item to the recipient. Of course as our customer if you do not wish to take the insurance we will help you in any way we can to file the claim forms and also expedite any replacement piece you care to order. Either way you just save the broken piece and the packaging it came in and call us up and we will do what we can to help out.
